Returns: To return an item, please contact us at merch@purplebee.org with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond asap with further instructions.
Refunds: We will notify you via email once we have received and processed your return. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment, minus any shipping and handling charges, within 10 business days.
Event Tickets: Tickets sold on purplebee.org are non-refundable. All sales are final. For transfer requests and other questions, please email merch@purplebee.org within 24 hours of the event.
